1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern any engagement between SAYNARO ("we", "us", "our") and a client ("you", "your") for digital marketing, website development, or related services. By confirming a project, making a payment, or engaging our services in any form, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2Services Offered

SAYNARO provides services including but not limited to Performance Marketing, Website Development, Local SEO & Google Business Profile optimization, Social Media Marketing, E-Commerce Store Setup, and Video Editing & Graphic Design. The exact scope, deliverables, and price for any project are agreed with the client before work begins, typically confirmed over call, email, or WhatsApp.

3Payment Terms

Payment terms depend on the type of engagement:

Ad spend for platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads is separate from our service fee and is paid directly to the respective ad platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4Cancellation & Refunds

Once work has commenced on a project, payments made are non-refundable. This includes advance payments, monthly retainer fees, and any partial payments, regardless of the stage of completion.

If you wish to cancel a project before any work has started, please contact us as soon as possible — cancellation requests made prior to the start of work will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

For ongoing monthly services, cancellation of future months is possible with written notice; however, the fee already paid for the current active month is non-refundable.

5Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are shared at the start of each project and depend on the scope of work. Timelines assume timely feedback, content, and approvals from the client's side. Delays in client responses, content, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

6Revisions

A reasonable number of revisions, as agreed at the start of the project, are included in the project scope. Requests that go significantly beyond the originally agreed scope, or major changes in direction after work has begun, may be treated as additional work and billed separately.

7Client Responsibilities

To keep your project on track, you agree to:

• Provide necessary content, information, access (e.g. hosting, ad accounts, social logins), and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure that any content, images, or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party rights
• Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable time so the project can proceed on schedule

8Intellectual Property

Ownership of final deliverables (such as a completed website, designs, or marketing assets created specifically for your project) transfers to you upon receipt of full payment. Until full payment is received, all work remains the property of SAYNARO. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us about your business as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required to deliver the agreed services or as required by law.

10Limitation of Liability

While we work to deliver quality results, digital marketing outcomes (such as leads, rankings, or sales) depend on multiple factors outside our direct control, including market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and client-side factors. We do not guarantee specific results, and SAYNARO's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

11Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
